Send them to our next invasion as the first wave parachute them right in the hot zone. Armed with Airsofts m-49's that shoots out little plastic BB's. And have the sexually mixed up parachute in naked with a sexually explicit slogan written on the buttocks that says("I love my enemy..really!) written in the enemies writing,with no weapon and edible condoms taped to their backs...Oh yea the lipstick and rouge. For the hardcore, mentally challenged murderers have a permanently affixed indestructible led lamp to their heads with there hands cuffed behind their back sporting a real bad insult in the enemies writing and on back of shirt have a blaze orange shooting target. No water or food(will need to eat s..t) and barefoot. Think that will do it?

your question is a little too big. 1-i dont think we can get rid of them permanently. 2-i think preventing those kinds of people from growing up that way is possible.... but requires a lot early attention. 3-im not sure which bad people you mean... i mean theres a lot of bad people doing many different things.

Its impossible really. When you think about it, the only way we could get rid of bad people would be to destroy everyone because people become bad or are already bad. It's really depressing to think about it.
