Should you eat protein in the morning or whenever you exercise to build muscle? And have low carbs when you're not exercising?
Is that how it is to be on a high protein/low carb diet. If not, please tell me the right how to diet.

No, it should be just the opposite. Low carbs early and when you are working out. And protein later in the day. Because, the carbs will give you the energy during your workout and burn off. That's why marathon runners cram themselves with carbs right before a race.

What is your objective? Are you trying to lose weight? If so, the easiest way to lose weight is to:

1. Eat only one serving of starch carbs a day...preferably complex carbohydrates (not sugar carbs). Old-fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon is a good choice. Eat starch carbs only before noon.

2. Eat your lightest meal at night...eat a salad. Don't eat protein or starch at dinner. Any extra protein that your body doesn't need gets converted into fat.

3. Exercise at night, doing at least an hour of cardio...something like a walk, a bike ride, or a run. Don't swim...swimming will make you incredibly hungry.

It is important to do at least 45 minutes of cariovascular exercise because it takes that long before the body starts burning its stored energy fat reserves.

Fat-burning foods: grapefruit, lemon, orange, spinach, dark lettuce, parsley.

Eating a variety of vegetables will help your body burn fat.
