By standard do you mean what is the average, what is the healthiest, what is considered normal?
One "standard" is 100 pounds for the first 5 feet and 5 pounds per inch after that.

There's an old formula that says 5'0" should be around 100 lbs, then you add another 5 lbs for each additional inch. That would put 5'2" at around 110 lbs.
But I think there are so many other factors! Body type, fata/muscle ratio, etc. But most notably age. I've heard that women average 1 lb of weight gain for every year after 25 yrs. Obviously your weight is influenced by your metabolism, and this tends to slow over time.

Know if you need to lose weight
Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.
You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.

My wife is 5 2" (age 40) with an average frame. She s trying to lose weight and I told her to shoot for 125lbs.
After reading this, that weight sounds like an attainable goal for her.

HI! I have had three children and weigh about 113 pounds. I am 5 foot 1 inches. On the scales at GNC it says for a medium build at 5'2" you should weigh between 109-120. As long as you feel good about yourself and are pretty healthy you shouldn't be concerned.

In the mood for some sort of hot meal? Make a enormous pot of veggie bean soup, divide into two-cup containers, and store in the freezer. Before bed, place a container inside the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door each day.
