I'm not sure if "needs" is the correct word.

God said He is the Great "I Am." His singular attribute is Being. One of the "characteristics" of Being is to manifest - to continually and continuously Become.

We humans, created in God's image (having an attribute of Beingness commonly called the soul), have a vague feeling that this is true - we are always in the process of Becoming.

God is absolute , infinite and perfect. Call that the "shackles of absolutism"..We are changable , finite and totally imperfect. Together we fill each others gaps. We really need each other.
