No search of several lists of medical acronyms/abbreviations turns up such a set. Are you sure you have it correctly? It might be referring to ArterioSclerotic Coronary Disease, which is a very common cause of death, although it is usually called ASHD, H for heart.

If you have no contact with the doctor who signed the certificate then take it to your doctor and have him explain it to you. If you can call the signing doctor, ask him.
You could also contact the Coroner's Office.

I HAVE SEARCHED MANY MEDICAL ABBREVIATIONS WEBSITES LOOKING FOR AND ANSWER FOR YOU. CAN'T SEEM TO COME UP WITH A FULL DEFINITION.
HOWEVER, AS STANDS FOR AORTIC STENOSIS, A PROBLEM WITH THE MAIN ARTERY WHICH TAKES BLOOD FROM THE HEART TO THE BODY.
