By"bullets" I assume that you mean ammunition...
In the private sector here in the USA there has been a shortage and attendant rise in prices for small arms ammunition. A case (1000 rounds) of 230gr .45ACP FMJ (Remington UMC) could be had for about $189. Same now goes for about $230.
