me and this guy have liked each other for a long time, and we live in seperate states (don't ask), and i called him today, cause i haven't talked to him in a long time, and we're talkin and everything, and then the subject of homecoming comes up, and he say's "yea, it sucks that me girlfriend couldn't make it, she had trouble with her parents" and i don't know if i should get all offended, like he broke up with me, or just get over it and move on with life in the next 5 min. HELP!!!

Did you two have a relationship prior him telling you about his girlfriend? Lost distant relationships can be hard and it requires a lot of trust on both parts. If you two are friends then keep it at that and continue to be his friend. As you stated you hadnt contacted him in a while. Yes get on with your life and keep him as a friend.

i would say get over it and move on with your life. you guys lived in seperate states that has porbably never had physical contact with him. long distant is not always the best type of relationships to be in.

wait..were you guys dating? was this established? if so then you deserve an explanation and should let him know how you feel..now if you guys were just friends and nothing ever occured then just move on with your life..
