First you need to discuss these feeling with your doctor. Maybe medication isn't the answer. Maybe you need to see a counselor as well to learn to deal with your stress. Most people don't deal with it alone. Trust a friend and tell them how you are feeling. Don't be alone.

I figure out what is causing the stress and I make changes. Life is what you make, and if you don't like it, you do what you can to make it better. If you don't like your job, find a new one. If you don't feel good about yourself, do something to improve what you don't like. When I'm stressed out, I go for long runs on a country road. Running always calms me and gives me time to think. I also keep a list on my frig of things I love to do and do well, and a list of things I would like to get better at. I try to do one of my favorite activities each day - rollerblade, fish, hike, walk my dog, etc. About once a week, I work on something I would like to do better - like play my harmonica. I always feel better when I make improvements. I also spend quality time with supportive family and friends every weekend - going to the movies, hiking through the woods, or just talking. Do what makes you feel good!

Can only tell you what helps me when I'm down, a couple hours on here helps take your mind off things, especially some of the weirdest questions Iv'e ever seen. Laughed my you know what off last night
