Sin means "without"
Con means "with"

Habla is written with an H but pronounced with the H silent.
The erre as I understand it is an R however in street language
(slang) would be syringe

Con means with
Sin means without

hache is the letter H (habla is with H)

erre is RR which is an extra letter in the Spanish alphabet and although it is 2 letters it is really considered 1.

it is spelled with an "h". Is very hard to tell when you should use an "h" you´ll have to learn the word that use it.
erre is used in:
carro (car)
cierre (zipper)
Hierro (Iron)
