i forgot to empty her trash can on her side of the bed and i left a mess in the middle of my brothers floor(sunflower seeds that spilled) and did not clean them up. so she came down stairs with her trash bag and i was in the bathroom. she came in there and tied that bag around my neck. it was so tight that it nearly strangled me. i was trying to pull it off and was struggling with it and she said . no, you are going to wear that all night stench and all! , i couldnt breath so when i went upstairs i pulled it off and threw it outside. a few minutes later she said, where is the bag?, i said i threw it away. she looked at me like i was her enemy and all of a sudden i told her to stop looking at me like that. i was going upstairs and she said, ill look at you anyway i want *****. she grabbed a night stick and came upstairs.... u know the rest. after the night stick was my dads belt.

You didn't mention your age, but it really doesn't matter. If you can type what you just did I would first forget the police for right now and call Social Services in your area and make an an appointment to call with one of the workers. I do not think by calling the police at this time will do you know good as the first place they will call will be the Social Services. You can also, if you want to press charges, forget the cops and go to the Sheriff's office and file a complaint. You need to leave a "paper trail" for future encounters. One other thing you may contact a lawyer and explain your situation to him also. Another "paper Trail".. Do you have any relatives that will back you? I doubt that also.

I don't know how old you are - but call the police. Leave the house. Don't let them treat you like that. If you're in school you need to go tell a guidance counselor what is going on and get someone involved - tell family members. Are you family members aware of this? You need to go stay with someone in your family for the time being. No child needs to be in a foster home but no child needs to be beaten or abused.

I am also reporting this to yahoo as well. As a reader of abuse, it is my responsibility to act upon this for your safety. I pray others will do the same.

God is with you. Know this.

Sounds a little extreme. If she really did this you know what you should do call the cops and show them your marks, but I have a feeling if she would have hit you with a night stick you wouldn't be able to get up much less be on the computer asking us

their are three sides to every story ,yours ,moms, and the truth. if this is hap-ping then call the police if you what out of the house this is not the way to go you may also be charged if the story is false so make sure you have all your facts straight because alot of people are being accused and later they revile the truth but their rep never recovers so think about it.

First, stay calm and do not react against directly with her!
Call the police and ask for family & psycological aid, because familiar violence is a felony!
CALL 911. Protect yourself and close your bedroom door.
Be brave and do not fear more, the law will protect you.
I understand perfectly because my parents are also wako, crazy.
TAKE CARE!

you need to call the police. This is abuse Parents can discipline but this is way out of line. This is not discipline it is plan and simple abuse. If the cops don't help you then talk to your school counselor. they should be able to help you

This is a clear case of abuse and you need adult help.
Call the Department of Family and Children's Services in your area, or talk to a teacher or counselor, at school or just call 911.
But please get help for yourself immediately!

You are being abused.
