The rifle is brand new I have yet to fire a shot out of it. I have cleaned and oiled the rifle three times since i bought it and the bolt is still sticking in the reciever when the action isn't operated perfectly straight.

i know many people this has happened to, with many different guns. when i buy a new gun i always take it to my local gun smith and have him polish the chamber throughly, this keeps problems from happening most of the time.

If you haven't already I would carefully check your rifle with a bore light...Then, rather than using gun oil, use Break Free CLP..

i have the same gun and have never had a problem out of mine it was a little stiff the first year but after that is loosened up and fired beautifully.
