I have been in that situation before and it is very hard...its just something that you do if you really want to be with the person. You have to forgive if u wanna be with the person, but if you are going to forgive then u are putting it all in the past and you cannot bring it back up, but that doesnt mean that you have to forget about what happened. When she goes out you might wonder, but when you see that she is telling you the truth then you will be more linent and be more understanding when she wants to go out. And then eventually you will trust her. It takes a while im not going to lie, but in the end it is worth it...especially if you want to be with her.

To rebuild trust comes with time, but if you really love this person, just forgive your lover, just never forget. Everyone deserves a second chance. Just take it one day at the time. As trust starts building back up, you will start feeling a little better.
God bless and the best to you.

you rebuild it a little at a time. obviously something major has occurred to dent your faith in your partner, but i'm impressed that you two are trying to work things out. good for you both i say.

don't expect that the trust will just come back instantly. your lover has to earn your trust now, so give them time and let them do things (good and bad) that show you what's going on with them.

i wish you all the best and know that forgiving and forgetting are two different things, so long as you just don't hold onto any grudges that may affect what your long term goals are.

Once bitten twice shy I say. Try as I might, I can never seem to forget or forgive. I guess you just have to get on with your relationship with your eyes wide open. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.

Depending on the situation, trust sometimes can never be founded again in someone that hurt you. The only way to truly trust someone is to BELIEVE with all your heart that person will never hurt you. If you cannot believe then you should seek relationship counseling to build that up or let her go.

it is hard to forgive and forget....I try to focus on forgiving but I will never forget anything so I keep my eyes open for any signs of distrust. You can't worry about he things you can't change in people. it may be time to move onto someone else.
