If a girl keeps telling me she is cold, even though she's got her fleece and coat on and it isn't even that cold, do you think she means anything by it?

Hmm.
If she was cold and didn't have a coat on but you did it might be a hint, "Hey give me your coat."
If you were outside - it may be an invitation to cuddle.
Either way.. it's to vague to blow out of proportion.

she wants to get close, tell her ur jacket is warmer and give it to her, if yall arent 2gether then be like girl i am sweatin and i aint even wearin a jacket.

She is trying to tell you that she wants you to hold her and hug her without actually saying those exact words. I used to do the same thing. :)
