i hear from religions that faith will protect me. thats mean nothing can kill me right? so i can jump off a cliff and survive and i can run in the middle of the motorway without a scratch? shall i test it?

protect you meaning if you do the right thing in this world you won't burn in hell once you get up there. obviously, it doesn't mean being stupid.

No you shan't. Believing in God doesn't save you alone. Believing ON Him. And no, it won't make you immortal. However, everyone has a soul. It WILL live forever. Forgive the bluntness, but the soul will either live in Heaven or Hell for eternity. That decision is on you right now. After you die you have no choice; It depends on whether you believed on Jesus Christ or not while you were living here. Please accept Him today. It won't make you immortal but it will satisfy the longing in your heart that made you ask this question in the first place.

you will have ever lasting life but not in this world what you do in this world predicts if you get to spend eternity with god, That does not mean you will be protected from being killed in this world for doing something stupid and jumping off a cliff
