It's definitely french and the best I can do is:
"Then I think I will leave now, because I'm leaving at nine-thirty."
Without knowing the context of the whole conversation, the translation leaves to be desired.

As literally as possible, I am translating it from French as "Then I plan to leave now (or am thinking about parting now), and not leaving at nine thirty."

Jess.....this proves again that altavista, babelfish, etc. are useless for translating sentences
