Pomeranians or Maltese. Yorkies are also a good choice as long as you are okay with spending a small fortune on your dog :) LOL

Tiny Toy Poodle, I've got one she's small,3 yrs old but everyone that sees her thinks she's still a puppy..

Definetely check out Chihuahua's and Papillons! They are great breeds, small and very smart!

Papillons, chihuahua, ****-tzuh (spelling??? lol), yorkies, japanese chin, etc.
Remember, a dog is a big responsibility
