I am presently coached by a wonderful "Purpose Quest Coach", named Bonnie Thompson from Southern Pines, NC. I highly recommend her!!!

They're popular in Miami. Just realize though they have no formal training, and a lot of them can be schiesters. You're basically paying someone to help you make changes and give you support, and help you to feel good about your life.

They can be a good thing and they do fill a need because more and more of us are separated by the digital divide. Just realize that a lot of them handle things long distance too.

And they can charge upwards of $50.00 to $300.00 an hour.

I don't think life coaches are that great. You'd get the same information from self-help books, and it would cost a lot less.
