just keep doing whatever you've been doing, you might want to make it clear with telling her or not telling her you aren't a lesbian. If you don't want to tell her, leave signs that you aren't a lesbian, like talk about your boyfriend or ask advice about this guy you like. She may end up only be watching you at work because she is your boss and bosses like to check up on their workers a lot. If you feel uncomfortable still quit or tell your boss that she makes you uncomfortable by watching you.You aren't being mean and you aren't telling her to buzz off.

Just because she is a lesbian, It doesnt mean she has to be attracted to you and therefor it is the only reason she is watching you. If you are uncomfortable with her sexuality, it could all be in your head. Most likely she is watching you to ensure you are doing your job, and nothing more. If you feel otherwise, speak to her about it in a civil manner and express politely how it makes you feel.

Are u talking about a Lipstick Lesbian or a Butch?
The main question is, are you secretly attracted to her. If you are, your mind may be playing tricks on you.

Your job or Boss which is more important.

Wear short skirts and low cut, tight blouses and bend over in front of her from every angle....This is such a moronic question...Ask yourself what would you do if you had a male boss who did the same thing....and then do it. The gender has nothing to do with how you should be behaving in a place of business.
