The two main ways to tell are
1. weight gain
2. enlarged nipples
The vet can do a preg. test, but only if she is more than 30 days pregnant.

Did you bred her? At about 29 days if you palpate the stomach area (NOT HARD) you should feel some lumps. Also as time goes along the vulva area enlarges and the stomach drops. But as everyone said Take her to the vet. But if it's not at the right time or too early vets can't tell unless you want to ex ray

Why would you think she's pregnant? If it's on your mind then there must be an obvious sign (and weight gain). Ask a Vet . I wonder if they make pet home pregnancy tests? Check with a pet store?
