Theres no such thing as a free car unless you win a lottery for a free car or your parents are rich and can get you a car or you find a sugar daddy or momma...other than that you have to work like the rest of society to get the things you want.

Try smaller used car dealerships...Hurricane Katrina cars are all over so if you find a really cheap car with a "too good to be true" sticker price...it is.

I got my by entering sweepstakes. I had to pay taxes on it, though, so it wasn't free.
