The Bible says that the fate of those who take the mark of the Beast is everlasting torment. I'd gladly give up my life for the sake of my Lord, no matter what. I've already been marked for the rest of my earthly life. See the first link below for a photo of my tattoo.

If I'm not mistaken, this will happen during tribulaiton. All Christians that you now know will be in heaven, they've already been reconciled of their sins through the death of Jesus. This "mark of the beast" will be a decision that non-believers have to make...accepting or rejecting God in that time.

I have to honestly say I am a firm believer in the whole pre-tribulation rapture. I do not think God would want His children who have already done what is required to sit in for all that will happen in the end times. I think the tribulation will be a last chance offer for grace to those who have resisted this long.A really rude awakening so to speak.

I think you are right that alot of people will do it. Prophecy also says that though we will have to suffer we will have help by some who kind of walk both paths? However the Lord ordains to help us is fine with me but, I will not take the mark of the beast.

I would rather follow the Lord and if suffering is in that process I will do that willingly, because I love God not this world.

Let me clarify: All Christians will be gone to heaven when the mark is issued. Unbelievers will be the ones who have to worry about that.

I was going to get mine put on my behind, actually.
And it's "themselves," not "their self." Do they actually teach grammar in school anymore? Or were religious types like yourself too worried about the Pledge of Allegiance and getting prayer shoehorned back into school to actually be bothered with the learning portion of the school day?

Who is "God?"
Do you define who god is or do I define who god is?
What the heck is the "mark of the beast?"
Some human myth based on denial, fear and anger I imagine!
Have fun but be safe!
