She's been home for a few days but hasn't eaten anything. I think this might be a part of her adjustment to a new home environment, but I was just trying to get a few extra opinions on the matter. I've provided her with the same type of food that the shelter I got her from provided (Science Diet).

Have you taken her to the vet? She could have intestinal parasites or some other medical problems since she came from a shelter.
continue to try to get her to eat. Try adding some warm water to the dry food, or add some rice or cottage cheese. If she continues then I would definetely contact your vet

I suggest spicing it up with some baby food, or egg mixed it, maybe some rice, anything bland.

If she's still not eating, and hasn't eaten for over 24 hours, I'd have her seen by a Vet. It could be something else, besides home-sickness.

Add a little bacon grease to her food. It will help with digestion, make her coat shinier and the smell is more tempting than regular dog food.

same thing happened to me. when i got her they told me that she ate science diet but when i tried to give it to her she didn't want to eat it so i bought her pedigree. the first day she will eat it and then minutes later she would throw it back but after that she ate fine. also, it could be that your dog doesn't like the flavor that you bought her. my dog doesn't like lamb with rice and that's what i first got her because that's what they told me so i got chicken flavor and that's what she eats now. get to know your dog and give her lots of love.

Like the first person said, it might just be the jitters. Take her in if she still doesn't eat.
