I had this happen to me. I instructed him that i became flattered yet that our friendship meant better to me. He became my perfect chum & I were relationship his chum. at the same time as his chum & I broke up, he needed us to party. It did not destroy the friendship. Our friendship became distinctly sturdy. it really is humorous because I run into him each and each of the time now- he only lives a pair streets from me & it really is not any longer awkward in any respect. He has a spouse & 5 youthful ones & I easily have a husband & 2 youthful ones. i'm confident he nonetheless recollects because i recognize my answer disenchanted him lots. at the risk of sounding egotistical, me!
i have mostly male friends and we go out to pub regularly and we are always laughing, admittedly not just at me, but i contribute......... though i do think they laugh at me not with me....
