Your right! God could spread his message a thousand different ways, besides he did create the universe. But preachers are just one of the many vessels God chooses to use to spread his message to us. In fact you dont even have to be a preacher to spread the word of God. After we have accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour we are called to spread his message of love and forgiveness. Jesus tells us in Mark 16:15-16 to "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation." and also again in Matthew 28: 19-20 "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."

Good point. I move that we agree not to preach to God. It just isn't right that we should presume to teach God anything. God already knows. The same goes for those of us who really know God. You can't teach us anything either.
The only people you can preach to effectively are those who don't already know. Further, they must know that they don't know to be receptive to the preaching. All other preaching is a waste of time.
So moved. Do I hear a second.
Wait. I seconded.
Okay. Vote. All in favor...

A lot can be wrong, easily. It is a matter of following gods logic and commands or being comfortable. And you are right god does not need our help. BUT, if you read the end of the book of Acts in the new testament, Jesus himself said that we (believers must "go and make disciples of all the nations" and to "teach tem to observe and obey all of My (God's) commandments (not just the ten:))". Hope this helps.

The most potent way to have someone ascribe to a belief system is to ask them to convince someone else of that belief. Every witness to faith hears their own witness more open-mindedly than any stranger ever could. They are participating in their own enculturation, or as some would put it, brainwashing.

People preaching has nothing to do with God. It has everything to do with spreading their own narrow beliefs.
