umm well im 11 and i dont get to get out alot because im not home alot tho...i needa loose like a bunch of weight but umm im doing this so that way everyone wont make fun of me but ive lost sum but i needa lose more without going outside! sumone please help!

well its juss the sides of my stomach i have a problem with im not thick on my stomach its juss im really wide! and idk what to do about it anything i do doesnt help it juss like my sides hurt when i excersize im tired of comparing myself to one of my friends and everyone has a crush on her and not me because hse skinny! and i wanna be like that!

okay well i wanna be healthy and i never can find the right size cloths for me to wear because im affraid of what my friends will say about my stomach on the sides buldging out and making me look wider than what i really am!

and i cant get into teh gym because you have to be a certain age but my mom will prolly let me go so she can excersize too!

best way to loose weight in a few weeks is called the Master Cleanser diet, or the Lemonade Diet.
1 cup water, 1 fresh squeezes lemon, 1-2 table spoons of 100% pure Grade A Maple Syrup, and 1-2 dashes of 100% ground Cheyenne Pepper. (the amount of pepper is up to you) Drink that all you want, but NO FOOD. and drink all the water you want, and eat all the lemons or limes you want.

I was the same way when I was younger, I hated going outside to play because you get all hot and smelly!!!
Someone may or may not of told you this before but it doesn't matter what you look like on the outside but its whats in your heart that matters but at the same time if you want to lose weight so that you're healthy than that is great! You should be happy that you realized it at such a young age! To answer your question this is what I suggest DANCING! You don't have to go outside and you can do it in your room with your doors closed if you're embarassed cuz you don't have any rhythm (ha ha) No but dancing is the best and if ya don't know how to dance then (if you're allowed) watch MTV or BET and just copy what they do!

First of all, you shouldn't worry about what other people think of you. Trust me, I used to. As it turns out, in the end, it doesn't mean jack snot what they think of you. It turns into every man (or woman) for themselves. Just worry about what YOU think of yourself.

However, diet and exercise will definately work. Talk to your doctor about that. Contact me and we'll talk about this.

If you're in a hurry, going to the suana is a good way to do this. You can lose so much fat doing this method. I know people who sit in the suana for a half hour a day, 5 days a week, and drink a ton of water all the time. You can lose 20 or so pounds in two weeks.

Please though, please talk to your parents. tell them you want to go to the gym and sit in the suana. You'd be surprised how much this would help you.

Oh, and by the way, don't listen to these other guys. The worst thing you can do to yourself is starve yourself. It's dangerous, addicting, and people die because of this all the time. Not to mention this is a painful process. Bulemia is also painful and will permanently damage your throat. Please contact me and I will help you do this right. Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

When I was eleven I was really fat but when 12 or thirteen I lost all of it i didn't try or any thing I just lost all of my baby fat and that's probably what you have but if your insistent on doing something don't starve yourself cause when you do eat the fat to the foods will just stick to you here's a good workout out routine start with doing 30 sit-ups every night and 60 jumping jacks the more you do it the more you will able to do just gradually add on to it

You didn't gain the weight in 2 weeks, so don't expect to lose it in two weeks.

Talk to your folks.

If you run 2 miles a day, 6 days per week, you will do really well.
Get a great pair of running shoes and clothes that keep you cool.

in the journey that your going to basically eats culmination,vegetables and nuts? why not meat,dairy and grains besides? you are able to consume all varieties of nutrition in simple terms as 'organic and organic' besides, it is.. not junk and eating it in a extra fit way, boiled fowl and so on. you will possibly drop some pounds even nonetheless culmination have sugars besides, and nuts are rather fatty ;)
