Ask yourself a couple of things, dear: a) Is this appropriate behavior in my age group? b) Is there anyone your age that you know of in diapers?

You are experincing a form of abuse. Understand that your mom is having an inappropriate reaction. See if there are other judgements she makes that you question, too.....Make a list of things that you sense are not right.

Go to the guidance counselor at school and have a confidential conversation with them. They will be able to make an educated guess as to where Mom is coming from.

Her actions may be a cry for help, and you are the person she turned to. You are in a very adult position and need to become aware of what it is to make healthy decisions.


What you do now is very important. It is possible that your mother needs to see a doctor. You are going to need adult support in order to provide the support your mom needs if she is in crisis.

Reassure mom that you love her. Let her know things will be ok. Make responsible decisions for yourself. Seek out the support through the school. Youare about to make a difference for someone you love who may be in crisis.

Hey, whether this is real or not, makes no difference, there are people out there that are like this.

I look at it this way, if it is something you want and enjoy and it doesn't hurt anyone then why not? Diapers can be fun under the right circumstances, especially during sexual role play.

I feel that you shouldn't knock it until you have tried it. A lot of you out there are knocking it, have you ever tried it? Are you afraid to? They are harmless and can be very relaxing to someone that is under a lot of stress.

There is something to be said for taking away what are minor concerns that can be very comforting. The concern of having to rush to a bathroom as soon as you have the urge to pee. Not having to hold it until it hurts because you can't get away from what you are doing or can't find a convenient facility.

When was the last time you were in that situation? When you had to pee so bad your eyeballs were floating and you were on the highway, or in a store or maybe a meeting at work, maybe something as simple as a good movie you didn't want to interrupt?

Again, don't knock it unless you've tried it.

I am 15 now and last year when i was 14 my mom did the same thing.I made my First communion[finially] in may and three weeks before we went out shopping for my communion outfit.mom bought a package of cloth diapers and diaper pins and had adult size plastic pants in her purse.we found a communion dress and veil i liked and we went into the dressing room and she pinned the diapers on me,the i put the plastic pants on then the dress and veil.she brought me out of the dressing room and asked the associate how i looked and she said i looked nice.mom then lifted up the front of the dress and asked how the diapers and rubberpants looked on me and she said they looked cute.there were two other moms with their little girls there and they all saw the diapers and plastic pants under the dress.i was somewhat embarrassed!

Parallel insanity. I came out of a dance hall one night about one-thirty in the morning and this rather rotund gentleman approached me with a brown paper bag under his arm. He touched my arm and said "I've got diapers!" I just looked at him and then I managed to get away without breaking up.
