How do i create a partition (PLEASE HELP)?

How do i create a partition so i can run my Windows Xp and Windows Vista RC1? How do i create a partition. help

If you already have one OS installed, you can use partition magic and follow its instructions. Hide the partition that has the already installed OS then reboot with the install cd for the new OS in the disk drive.
