Start moving around more, play soccer or some other sports at school, and lay off the pop(soda) and junk food, eat more fruit and veggies instead, but the main thing is to get some fresh air and exercise, instead of watching TV or playing on the computer, go play in the yard.

I do however think that you should tell your parents about your plan, because it is important for someone your age,they can give you love and encourgement, so you don't have to do this alone, and just incase something goes wrong. and they can make sure that they start buying healthy snacks instead of bad ones.

The fastest way to lose five pounds, do a fasting diet, drink alot of clear fluids. It will all be water weight taken off
the healthiest way to lose five pounds. Eat 5-6 small meals a day increase your fiber intake by eating alot of fruit and veggies. decrease your intake on carbohydrates such as breads and candy. Increase your activity play sports or walk the family dog for an hour a day! *that is if you have a dog lol*

You might try walking i'm almost 12 and i used to be a lil over weight about 4-5 pounds as wellbut i think 77-83 would be around average........ thats what the scale receipt from the store GNC said.
definetly try walking i walk to the neighborhood park & the convientent store at the end of or street. ( there is the banana diet but i wouldn't suggest it u have to eat only bananas for a few days) ( your parents might find that kinda fishy) LOL

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

stop eating all the junk food (chips & candy), eat sensible food like fruits & vegetables, and get outside to at least walk around the block. You'll notice the difference in a week. Keep it up & you'll lose the 5 lbs.

When you go to restaurant, eat only half portion and take out the rest at your home. Every time you eat just eat the half portion. Sooner or later you will use to with the half portion. Exercise will also help a lot.
