I'm atheist so I can't talk about this too seriously, but have you ever thought about who or what created your god.
If ther was a point when all things were created then before that there must have been nothing.
So maybe that light you speak of was your god creating himself, after all many faiths do say that god is light.

Think of the Big Bang. Obviously there were chemical reactions going on and light is a signal of chemical reactions. The Big Bang was the biggest vhemical reaction ever!!! So, maybe light was produced when the heavier elements were created. Then later the sun, moon, and stars were created.

it takes a hell of alot longer than 4 days to create the sun moon and earth. star systems are being created in other galaxies right now. they dont take 4 days. u sure they mean a day, not a millenium lol? do people honestly believe the earth can be created after 4 days? there were other galaxies that were created b4 us. its this ego centric way of thinking again where humans believe the earth is most important so god made it first.

Genesis 1:3-5
3 Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day.

Day

I like to think the Light was also Jesus, but that's just my opinion.

If one has an journey of organic understanding in a classy state the place the stages of emergence from that state are clean to a minimum of one's understanding, an thrilling component happens. start up with Genesis financial disaster a million. First, the blood starts to pass and you may here the *sound* from the vessels in the ears (God reported...). Then, one studies the organic state of the ego as an unbounded mild (...permit there be mild). From here, one's understanding slowly comes lower back to worry-free (externally orientated) concept. First, the understanding of sunshine ceases (dividing the darkness from the mild). Then the understanding starts to bypass outward (look on the metaphor of water). Then each and every of the failings of the senses start to coalesce into worry-free concept. finally, one is lower back the place they have been earlier they sat to meditate, and realizes that the state of organic understanding would desire to be there inner maximum self, considering they bear in strategies it (equivalent to God). till finished progression of understanding is carried out, worry-free concept brings with it the sense of being become autonomous from different issues, or duality (the "know-how of stable *and* evil"). Getting previous this duality demands overcoming the wrong mind that thinks it quite is self (the "flaming sword which became each and every way" -Genesis 3:24). Then, we eat of the "tree of existence" and comprehend our nature as totally enlightened beings (Genesis 3:22) Genesis would be examine as a magical textual content cloth, and the only situation is using the term "God", it is unwarranted.

God, and Jesus as part of God. John 8:12 Again therefore Jesus spoke to them, saying, "I am the light of the world; he who follows Me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life."

Light represents divinity, has no reference to actual "light"

The actual word was watered down to modern translation.

The first day, he created a path for us to be god.
