It may be heel spurs or plantar faciitis. I had the same problem and hobbled around like I was 90 years old for over a year. I finally went to the podiatrist and got cortesone shots in my feet and it worked great! I also got the orthotic inserts for my shoes and it's 99% better. I try to wear good sneakers with arch support. It's well worth it. Good luck.

See a podiatrist. It could be a bone spur. But no one can really tell unless you are seen by a specialist. You only have two feet and you want to keep them healthy. Sometimes, simply having orthopedic things made to insert into your shoes can make a world of difference.

The best thing to do would be to go to the doctors and get it checked out because if your feet hurt and you are not between fifty or sixty then that could be a problem. You could have a bone decease and not know it. My friend had that same problem and had a prpblem with bone loss.

You might try stretching your toes toward your head BEFORE you try to get up. It could be your tendons around your heels that are tender. Stretching them before putting weight on them sometimes helps. If it continues, call your dr. I don't know your medical history, but there is a condition older people can get that is called intermittent claudication. It is a circulation problem that your doctor can treat. But let him know if my suggestion doesn't help. Good luck

Depending on the location of the pain, it could be a number of things. All over could be carpal tarsal syndrome, or if it is in the heel it could be plantar fascitis, heel spurs. go see a podiatrist.

See a podiatrist, sounds like you need custom orthoic's. They position your feet correctly. They can be about $355.00, some insurances will cover them with prior approval. Check with your insurance if the podiatrist tells you that you need them......
Good Luck! Hope you feel better soon!
