You do not have to put her to sleep. No dog should ever be allowed to control the house and that is exactly what is happening. She feels like the boss.
She should have been trained and corrected as soon as the bad behavior started.
You can either 1. get the dog some training from a professional (and the trainers at PetSmart, Petco, etc. are not one) or 2. give the dog to someone that knows what they are doing. Your dog can easily be re-trained and the bad behavior will stop.

Most dogs can be brought around in a few days.

We have taken in and trained many dogs. Many who we were told could never be around children. We trained them and within a month they were perfect pets even with our 4 kids (with plenty of supervision, of course)
Give the dog a chance. Either with you, or someone else.

Good Luck, I sure hope everything improves.

Look for a Bull Dog rescue group before you have her killed. There has to be one - google it and your zip code.

They may very well be able to tell if she can be put with another family, and what it will take to make her a happy dog.

Please do that before you just put her down.

instead of putting her down why dont you try to find a home that doesnt have small children and no other animals and that way you wont have to put her to sleep she is only 3 yrs old please dont do that especially if you love her then let her live just find her a new home

Elsie can't help being so moody, she's bred that way probably. Unfortunately she seems to be a danger to others because of this and when an animal can't be controlled it must be destroyed.

Are your dogs spayed/neutered? We just had this happen. I believe it had something to do with one being spayed and the other not.
