I see alot of people say that eating carb is the way. But if you have a high metabolism like my husband who weights 140lb and eats carbs, junk and anything that can make you gain weight. And he still doesn't get any bigger. We went to bally's and they suggested that he take weight gains. But like I said if your someone with a high metabolism that won't due either. try talking to your dr. and see what he/she says. find out what will do for you. everyone is different

K, to do this don't do it fast because that is very unhealthy. Still eat healthy foods, but eat more of it. It is better to gain weight and muscle than to just gain weight. Make sure to exercise a little while you are doing this. Eat healthy, hearty meals, and just eat more than you used to. Remember to not overdo it. =)

Focus on being healthy not gaining weight. It'll catch up with you, trust me. But, if you want to try, just eat lots of high fat, high calorie food. I'm not advocating that, though because that's not good to eat that kind of stuff even if you're of or below norma; weight.

1.I think you should go on a high protein diet (e.g. lots of meats, and protein shakes) to raise your body fat index. or you if you could also try bulking up at yor local gym.
