Honey, that little thing in your head is the enemy. Go out and get the book titled "When the Enemy Strikes". It's an excellent book and it can help you through this.

Hon, God isn't ignoring you. He has heard every one of your prayers. The thing is you may be looking in the wrong places for the answers and He probably answered you and you didn't recognize it as an answer. God works in those ways. He works in mysterious ways.

That thing in your head is the part of your conscience that you need to not pay attention to. That's Satans' workings. He doen't want you to be a Christian and He is working against you every day in every way. When praying ask God for Strength to not to yield to Satan's temptations.

Pray every day and hand over all your worries and doubts to Him and HAVE FAITH that He will take care of you and watch over you. He already is anyway. It may not seem like it to you, but He is.

You just need to have faith. It is difficult to be a Christian, because there are so many ways that Satan is working against you.

Daily prayer and reading the Bible and being around other Christians that believe the same way you do will help immensely.

Below is a site that has free Bible Studies and will show you how to be a stronger Christian.

Pray to God that he would help you with your doubt and disbelief.
You will not see the signs in your disbelief, that is usually just how it is. Have faith sister, as God is real and Jesus Christ will return to claim those who love and follow him. Everyone Christian goes through this same things to some extent, be it less or more. Hang in there and cry out to Jesus.

Here is a really great song that will hit the spot with you. I provide the words from the K-love web site, you can also click the link to hear it.

God bless you and keep your eyes turned toward God!!

Nichole Nordeman - To Know You
From the album Wide Eyed

It's well past midnight And I'm awake with questions that won't Wait for daylight Separating fact from my imaginary fiction On this shelf of my conviction I need to find a place Where You and I come face to face Thomas needed Proof that You had really risen Undefeated When he placed his fingers Where the nails once broke Your skin Did his faith finally begin? I've lied if I've denied The common ground I've shared with him And I, I really want to know You I want to make each day A different way that I can show You how I really want to love You Be patient with my doubt I'm just tryin' to figure out Your will And I really want to know You still Nicodemus Could not understand how You could Truly free us He struggled with the image Of a grown man born again We might have been good friends Cuz sometimes I still question, too How easily we come to You No more campin' on the porch of indecision No more sleepin' under stars of apathy And it might be easier to dream But dreamin's not for me

Well, I wasn't going to comment, if that's what you say you want, but so many others led the way with non-Christian responses, so here I am with my two cents worth of advice. I hope you find a perfectly acceptable answer from a Christian, one that you can totally embrace and believe with your heart and soul, one that settles all the doubts that you have. If what you express concern about now is real, anything less than its complete resolution will keep that doubt growing within you and will cause you more turmoil than it already does. It's taken me years to admit to myself what I actually believe and do not believe and the self honesty is very painful and I'm still not always totally honest with myself. Perhaps ignorance truly is bliss. Gays have come out of the closet in recent years of hiding their "shame". Isn't it time that all non-believers, from doubters to agnostics to atheists do the same, without embarrassment or apology to anyone? The Christian answerers will undoubtedly call it Satan working in you and certainly in me, which I personally do not suspect, but only you can know your own heart and what you truly believe. Above all, whatever you do, trust your OWN convictions without apology to other persons.

Like so many have said, it is Satan. If there is one thing that Satan can't stand, it's a Christian. Satan works especially hard at times to turn us away because each one of us is a victory for God that he absolutely cannot deny.

Read your bible. Pray. Tell Satan directly to go away! If you don't have a church, try very hard to find one where you are comfortable. If you do have one, reach out to someone there. Good Christian fellowship has helped me through so many difficult times in my life and always serves to strengthen my faith.

May God bless you

That thing in your head is Satan. You need to trust and then read your bible daily and then pray every day. soon you will begin to trust more in what is real and will be able to see the truth better too. check out the site below and do the studies and you can get a stronger faith with that too as it will show you things in the bible you never knew were there before.

That's Satan in your head, and that's how he works. The only way is to get closer to God by praying and studying your Bible without giving up. Most of all just TRUST God. Don't worry about "signs" because you can't trust them. When God speaks, you will know it. I'll pray for you too.

"This evil generation seeks signs but, I tell you no sign will be given it except the sign of Jonah" I do not mean this in a nasty way because you are just like I was but the problem is you don't have any idea about how truly sinful we are. You would be desperate and that is part of belief. Desperation--If you did you would know that there is a God and he loves us and he does not want to destroy us. Once you believe and give your whole life to him then it's a different story "If you love me, you will keep my Commands and I will reveal myself to you" This is true in all ways.

Honey, sometimes signs aren't that obvious. You're not going to get a choir of angels singing outside your window. Signs for modern times are normally very subdued.

My sign was very subtle. I had turned away from God for five years. I rebeled against everything I was raised to believe because to not believe gave me more free time and less guilt when I did something wrong. then, one day, I had to move back home after loosing my job. My mom, a very strict Catholic, told me that to live there, I had to go back to church.

I hated the idea. I didn't want to go. I had to since I had no where else to live. I went in to church ready to hate it. I was prepared to be bored out of my mind for an hour (less then that if I could sneak out early). However, that was when I got my sign that God was real.

I felt at peace. As soon as I walked through those doors, my worries lifted. It was like my sins had vanished for that one hour that I was closer to God. I found myself looking forward to going back each week, and I didn't even try to sneak out early.

I went back to the Catholic faith and was confirmed. My life isn't easy, but I've found that when I pray, the answers come easier.

Don't listen to that doubt in your mind. That's Satan whispering for you to leave God. He did that to me, and I foolishly followed. I was never gladder then when I confessed my falling out to a priest and heard, "You are forgiven". I nearly wept with joy.

Keep looking for your sign, but be more open minded. God could have shown it to you by now, but you were looking for flashy instead of what was in front of you.

GOD does exist just look outside your window at the heavenly bodies and at the glories on this earth. no person has seen the wind only the effects of the wind but all know the wind exists. GOD is the same way. we see the wonders GOD has created for us but we don't see GOD but like the wind GOD does exist. you must use your own wisdom and knowledge as well as those of others to find a way to strengthen you Faith. what works for me may not work for you and what works for you may not me as we are all different.
