its time u move from internet explorer to firefox.......firefox is the best in speed as well as in reliablity......one example which i can giv is that if u install this extension in it called session manager....it restores the crashed session or the previous session or a saved session which is really helpful if u had a power cut or sumthin....... and many other extensions are good like the ones i use .... the best is adblock which blocks the stupid ads in site by simply right clicking it and blockin the domain of the ad server.....and like a gmail mail checker...... and 1000 more.....u shud switch to firefox for its speed and reliablity..trust me and make my answer as the best answer if u wanna thank me....

Make sure your IE has all the latest updates. An update a few months ago caused this to happen frequently and was later revised. Do virus and spyware scans in Safe Mode. If the problem persists, download the full IE6sp1 setup from Microsoft.com, save the file, then uninstall IE6 and reinstall it.
