its hard as hell im a freshman now and yeah its real hard so i dunno what grade ur in but in elementry put a note in their desk if ur in one of those kinda things in middle school shove a note in their locker and high school u gotta bite the bullet and ask them after class one day dont go out of the way to see them once and ask them then. establish a routine time of where u see them like passing them in the hall or something and mention it online or on the phone or whatever. then one day braven up and stop and talk to them then pop the question and college no clue yet

You can do something sweet or cool that they can't say no to. Or maybe get to know them and then ask them out. Or just go up to them and say "Hi, I was wondering, are you doing anything Friday night? Would you like to go out with me?" or something like that.
