I am interviewing for a mgt posistion at the new one coming to my town, have 5 years experience in a coffee shop, what do u think they will ask, how can I better prepare myself.

sounds like a great opportunity, if they ask you , "would you like a cup of coffee" during the interview, say yes.

Interviewed for a barista position and didn't get it because they wanted someone who comes in the wee hours of the morning and I KNEW that I didn't get it because I am not a people person, but it was my dumb career counselor's idea. They will ask you on your experience and I am sure you will get it since you have experience working in a coffee shop unlike the people you are up against who probalby have no experience in working at a coffee shop.

they will probably ask how long you've worked there.
