Yes, an object will reflect the color you see (orange) and absorb its complimentary color (blue).

I think you have been smoking too much weed. Oranges are green when first developing, then they are orange, then they turn brown.

no, it depends on what light are you seeing it on. If you use ultraviolet, it is violet, if you use infrared, it is red.
