Sure it is as I believe Naturalist, Pagans, and Wiccans are usually more informed about these things.

Ginger is really good for those problems. Especially Nausea.

Fatigue and headache alone, I'd take Skullcap Tincture. 10 drops in Tea (best way to mask the nasty taste. 20 Drops to help you sleep. (1 hr before bedtime.)

PS yes, I'm Wiccan.

*Mother-in-law type person is an herbalist.

Nausea can be treated in a number of different ways, but peppermint or spearmint tend to work well for most everyone. Ginger is also good for assisting it.

Fatigue... depending on the exact type of fatigue (mental, physical, etc...), there are a few things you can try. If it's a general lack of energy, you can always try supplementing your diet with a small amount of ginseng root (I'd recommend, if you get it in tablet form, no more than a pill a day). If it's trouble sleeping, try Valerian Root or Catnip tea, as those tend to have a sedative effect - unlike pharmaceutical sleep aids, they don't leave you with that 'tired' feeling in the morning.

Headaches are pretty simple. Try white willow bark - has the same active ingredients as asprin, but without the effect of butchering your liver.

Most any herb or naturalistic store should carry most of these things - even Wal-Mart carries Valerian Root and Ginseng, as they've recently come into the mainstream for helping with just these things.

If you are taking any supplements\vitamins make sure you are taking magnesium. I found a chiropractor who is great on a naturalistic healing method and he got me on 600 mgs magnesium per day along with 1200 Calcium and that has helped my chronic headaches quite a bit. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and mild fibromyalgia as well and it has really helped me in those areas as well. Also I started walking - exercise stimulates natural endorphins if you can get out.

Peppermint is good for nausea - I don't have much experience with ginger but heard it works well.

Acupuncture is also a great alternative therapy if you can find a good one. My bone-crack uses a technique that is similar to acupuncture and acupressure and that is what really alleviated my headaches along with the supplements.

I'm still learning, but peppermint tea or candied ginger ( the sugar helps settle the stomach and ginger aids digestion)will help with the nausea, but if you're pregnant, I'd recommend spearmint, which is milder. You could try eating strawberries for the headache and fatigue.Strawberries are high in vitamin C and have salicylic acid, which is the active ingredient in aspirin.Again, a heads up if you're pregnant or aspirin sensitive.Just a historical note,*Disclaimer!!!! I am not advocating it's use*,marijuana was once used for all of the above named symptoms.

Crystallized ginger or ginger tea for nausea. Organic apple cider vingegar (1 to 2 tbsp per day). Or you could try homeopathic pellets calcarea carbonica or cocculus indicus, you can get them at most health food stores (not GNC): they look and taste like candy. Headaches are tricky since there are many different kinds of headaches, but try some chamomile tea and sleep it off if you can.

Nausea and headache take some mint tea. Fatigue you need some rest and red cohosh tea. Not exactly a religious or spiritual question.
