"During Tuesday night's City Council meeting, Dennis Leach, president of the National City Police Officers Association, read aloud a letter addressed to the council, city manager, city staff and “conspicuously absent mayor.”

“The National City Police Officers Association will continue to advise its members that the political whimsy of one individual does not and will not influence us or deter us from our official duties in regard to the enforcement of the law,” Leach said."

The Minutemen had 100 or so anti-illegals there during the week and today the pro-illegals had a counter rally. The first link is a picture of today's counter rally.

What do you think?

In Vista, day laborers cannot get work unless their employers register with the city. The employers must display certificates on their vehicles and provide workers with “term sheets” that document the rate of pay and type of work.

Escondido officials are creating a law that makes it illegal for landlords to rent to undocumented individuals, which could force families from their homes.

It seems the two citys above are doing things the legal way. That National City mayor needs to be jailed.

whats up! enable 'em swarm there through the thousands of thousands! it is going to likely be a lot less complicated and less expensive than chasing them around the nation-state to capture 'em! gas is muy intense priced! we will in simple terms fence 'em in and deliver 'em South!! so some distance because the mayor is going - toss him out! The oath of place of work consists of upholding the regulations. God Bless the united states!!!

I think that the mayor is an astute politician and knows when the jig is up. Time to cut & run! The time is soon aproaching when there will be blood in the streets over this issue, Prepare to defend yourself no matter which side you are on. Americans of all races, creeds, & colors are slowly making their wishes known. Illegal immigrants are a nuiscance & increasingly unwanted in America.

The first thing I noticed in the photo was a mexican flag, front and center.
And that says it all.
The illegal immigrants from mexico, who have been flooding across our border for the past 10 or 15 years don't want to assimilate, they don't want to be citizens, they won't learn Engish, won't speak it, they hate us.
In a recent story in the Sacramento Bee newspaper, in an interview with an illegal alien field hand, the reporter asked her if she would become a United States citizen if the "guestworker program" (amnesty) was approved. She replied "No, I don't want to be a citizen, then I would have to pay taxes and I would have less money to send back to Mexico".
And that says it all.
Needless to say, no doubt that "field worker" has at least 5 kids who are attending tax supported schools, she probably gave birth to at least one "anchor baby" since she got here so she can get food stamps, welfare supliments for Immigrants (Californias welfare for illegals program), WIC, Medical, lives in HUD housing, free legal services for immigrants (another California program paid for by taxes), and free Immigraceon' Services (another California program paid by Taxpayers) etc..... all at the expence of the citizens of this nation and this state who ARE legal and DO pay taxes.
SHAME ON MEXICO!
