Isn't the heaven/hell here from behaviour patterns that emerge from choices? Your life could be heaven or hell like depending on your choices in life. Things that are generally said to be evil in real life too lead people to a degraded life. Why not preach something from reality instead of some afterlife theory?

they think in heaven and hell so they'd scare you schittless and get you to do as they desire. it is a similar component once you're a infant: You get a stable checklist, you bypass to the icecream parlour and get a double sundae, you get a bad checklist, you get grounded without X.field for 2 weeks. different than here you get no x.field for ALL eternity able without aircon. hell can also mean being separated and there are many things even in this plane of existence can be considered hell using this definition. being separated when in the service from family, friends and country; the husband being separated from his family for a business trip; the wife being separated from family because of illness, the children being separated from parents because of school etc. etc. etc.
