Why do chineese people have straight eyes?

Some chineese girls are beautiful, just wandering why chineese popel have straight eyes, well also why they look different, its not bad, im just wandering, i hear alot of chineese women pay to have their noses straigthened and their eyes rounded to look like us westerns, they shouldn't i see lots of beautiful chineese people.

Your right some Chinese girls are beautiful, but you can say that about people from any country.

Straight eyes? not sure what your goin on about there do you mean eye lids?

Now some people went on and said that the Chinese aren't big on plastic surgery which is bull - maybe in the villages where people believe that nature is beauty (usually an excuse not to shave), but here in the city it's big business and most of the middle to upper class don't mind having a nip or tuck.

The eye lid operation is popular and its usually to change the upper eye lid so it folds (or puckers) when opened. Noses are a close second.

It follows the Chinese idea of beauty which is:-

White skin
tall
big eyes (with folding eye lids)
narrow pointy nose, medium sized (not the flat button nose from the villages)
small mouth (the mouth thing is the only one that people seem to have a different opinion on but the others I would say 99% of people hear in the city agree)

I agree with you in the part that chinese girls are beautiful as they are, i lived in china for half a year and I know that hardly any chinese girl will perform any surgery on her eyes at all. i think you are refering more about Japanese girls. Japan has a more consumist culture more based in fashion and phisical outward apearance, and they ahve the money to do it so many of them actually have the surgery. regarding the straight eyes I think you are a bit confused, let me explain. they don't have straight eyes: What gives the appearance is the fact that the upper eyelid has no fold. We westerners have a fold in our upper eye lide right under the orbit bone, Chinese don't. Besides this charachteristic they conserve the epicantic fold, which is a little fold of skin in the inner corner of the eye, close to the nose, but hey, their ayes are as round as any. The shapes of eyes in Asia have different contours depending on the stock: there is the Steps Mongolian, mancgurian, etc stock, The Han stock, Ainu stock, Southern polinesian, etc. You can't generalize. but regarding chinese women in specific: no they don't have "straight" eyes. Look closely to a Chinese, ok, don't confuse them with a Japanese or a Thai girl.

why?cause they are from different race than we are or Arabs are or Indians are and so on. I think Koreans are more into surgery thing as I have seen on TV.And if Chinese use false eyelashes to have bigger eyes I have to say this is like most of the women do , I mean to look different ,
We woman change our hair colour or our make up to look different. It is kinda in our nature.It is not because we don't like our original look. The interesting thing about the world that we have different races and faces .Otherwise it was soooo boring. It is kinda cool now ,Don't you think?

These "chineeeeeeese popel" you see are probably not even all Chinese. There are Japanese, Korean, and thousands of other Asian peoples that you just throw into one group. Practice your spelling and stop stereotyping, moron. (Oh, and to answer your question Asian women have all different types of eyes, and it baffles me why they would want to look Western at all)

i think you were talking about those Korean and Japanese. It's much more popular to do plastic surgery in those countries than in China. And by the way, why do you think asian would like to made to looked like a westerner?

oh,I am afraid you made a mistake,you may talk about those Japanese girls and ladies,we have the common view ,that is chinese girls are pretty enough,they don't have to make any surgery,they are just being beautiful.
