you can call him but make sure you don't call more than three times and if a week passes and nothing happens then don't hold your breath. date and have fun cause you have to be careful who you bring around your boys. good luck

I would wait because you have kids and if he does call you after a date then you will know he doesn't mind you having kids. Sometimes guys will change there minds after a date knowing you have kids. So wait and see if he calls you. If he is interested he will ask you out again. Be patient. But don't worry either way. Sometimes things happen for a reason.

Wait 3 days if he doesnt call you back . Call him back .
You need to reassure him that he is not Mr Instant father, that you value him for him being himself .
If you do this counterintive as it sounds he will more likely come around to being a father figure .

You can wait if you want, but if you had a good time on your date, you can call and invite him out somewhere.

no not if you feel the date went well. this im sorry to say the 20 century and girls and women do call guys and sometimes take the 1st or even next step.
