i heard milk weakens your tendons and i wondered if it was true

Never heard that since it is the preferred drink of mammals' babies who start to walk (except for humans) fairly fast after consuming it and their bones and joints, and tendons are strengthening as they learn to walk.

If you are talking about humans drinking cow's milk with all the added hormones, and antibiotics that we are served in the grocery store containers, then perhaps there is some truth to what you heard. Milk is number one for irritating arthritis so perhaps it does weaken your tendons. It hasn't become public in a major medical journal yet.

I have never heard of that so I seriously doubt that is true.
