Personally, I would hold onto them and not share them with anyone. Cause if you go ahead and post them, especially without the woman's permission, you made need those photos to pleasure yourself, because it could be a while till you got the real thing.
No, I don't think you'll go to jail for doing so, but expect to have the pants (and then some) sued off of you.
