ive been taking time alone to just kind of meditate and let myself be totally bored because i dont feel like doing anything. nothing. Is this what God intends for us to do ? does anyone else take breaks like that to just kinda get inward?

Perhaps you are not doing what you should be with time management. When you are bored you cannot be meditating or following God's word because your mind is elsewhere. However, it is very useful sometimes just to let the world around stay outside the door and just take a few moments to take stock of your life. Or just to take a hot bath with soothing music and a nice glass of Merlot and let everything fade into sleep.

when one looks inward there are many who receive some sort of enlightenment and therefore gain in wisdom and knowledge by having done so. if one is seriously meditating then this is not considered a waste of time in my opinion.

well god does not condone laziness but he is very clear about taking breaks & being festive in the old testament.

Humans do get bored cuz this life is so limited...i go to tother planets in my brain alot...

Actaully, it sounds like you may be dealing with depression. Discuss it with a doctor.
