People have been known to die drinking while taking Xanax so i wouldn't advise. I do know a lot of people that do drink while they are taking their Xanax and they just get super messed up and have a huge hangover the next morning.

I take pills for depression and seizures on the bottles it says not to use alcohol, but I start drinking early in the morning and go until bedtime. I tell the shrinks the pills do no good so I take them with alcohol and drink all day. I justed washed 6 anti-dpressants down with a beer. I had to go to town today so I didn't start drinking until after dinner. By the way I am retired so I can do as I please, llegally. If it says not to drink alcohol maybe you should not. I have been going against doctor's advise all these years, I don't plan to change now.

From a substance abuse counselor-It could lead to death, or at the very least make your decision making ability off-like poor driving skills. It could also put you in a coma, and to me that would be worse than death.
Are you prescribed xanax or just experimenting with other peoples drugs? If they are prescribed let your doctor know you also consume alcohol, he will advise you or perhaps change your medications

alcohol just dilutes most drugs making less effective and flushing out of your system before they can do any good..and liquor is a DEPRESSIVE.. so it is a conflict of therapies.. and as with any drug and booze.. yea it might kill you.. but in order to do that you have to duct tape your mouth shut.. in most cases of over dose you puke up what ever you've taken after you pass out.. so the only way to absolutely insure success if that is the case is to tape your mouth shut.. then you will drown in your own vomit.. and after you die you will piss yourself and guess what else? That's RIGHT!.. you WILL poop yourself as well.. have fun and good luck!

a friend of mine passed out doing that. she lay on her hand for days no one turned her over off it, it cut off the circulation and her hand is useless now, all drawn up.simply do not do drugs with alcohol.if you do. don t do much. it will effect your nervous system and do damage to it. kills your brain cells. etc if you do drugs, take a B vitimin formula to replace the b vits the drugs kill in your system.to keep your white cells healthy. try doing natural drugs they are better for you, such as valerian root.it is a good replacement.
