You don't say what you're doing in your work outs.Diet has as much or more to do with how ripped you'll be.There is no set limit to this as one answer suggests. There is a limit to how big you can get.Bruce trained with weights, but he also did all kinds of isometric exercises.Isometrics can bring about definition by concentrating on full contraction of the selected muscle group.Things like squatting down and holding the position at the half way point.Putting your hands together in front of you and pressing inwards as hard as you can for as long as you can.Holding a chin up at the mid point.Pressing one hand down while the other tries to curl upward(hands together). There are far too many techniques for me to list here.Being lean however is the number one factor in being ripped.Abs and calves can be trained every day while some body parts require a week of rest before another session.Don't work a muscle group while it's sore(counter productive) because the soreness is a result of microtrauma(not lactic acid as so many people think). This microtrauma(minute tears in the fibers) should heal before the next session.Increased protein and at least 8 hours of sleep per night are also key.Try to eat your healthy meals split up inti 6-8 per day. There is no way to pin a time on this.Just continue to train and learn all that you can.

well, frist it depends on your body type you may never get ripped. there is a big misconception, you see each person has what they call a set-point your body by the time you are 18 -21 has all ready determind the idea weight do to your diet. this is not to say you cannot gain or loose weight on the contray. what it means that you most becareful when dieting so your body does not think you are starving, because when it does it will start storing fat when you eat large meals. be happy with yourself exercise daily run, do abb's daily, and just live life.

If you want to look like Bruce Lee than it's going to take you a lifetime. Bruce Lee's life was in the gym. All he did was movies and workouts.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)
