Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

It is possible, and, if 80 pounds is actually not too much for you to lose (ASK A DOCTOR - it may actually be!!!), it's 'pretty safe' to lose that amount in that much time. You're looking at 2.5 pounds a week. SUSTAINABLE, healthy weight loss is about 5 pounds in the first week and not more than 2 pounds a week after the first week. If you lose it much faster than that, you're almost certainly looking at rebound weight gain, because your body will think you have starved it, and it will start to hoard fat by using calories more efficiently.
(That's why, though most of us women need 1800-2000 calories a day, people on strict 1000 calorie diets lose weight fast at first, then the rest refuses to budge! And when they start eating normally again, the weight piles back on - their bodies have become more efficient at maintaining or gaining, even with significantly reduced caloric intake!)
Dieting doesnt work, by the way! I 'dieted' my way to a 100 pound weight gain!!!! And I didn't even try any of the extreme gimmicks that my friends had a harder time with.
The ********** O N L Y ********** surefire way, is
1. To make incremental changes to the quality of the calories you eat (read up on LOW GLYCEMIC foods or the G.I. Diet), eliminate the absolute c r a p (deep friend anything, for example) and
2. to move your body more - however you do it.
3. Strengthening your muscles will help, too!
(And yes, I've had sustained success with this. I lost 45 pounds with surprising ease, and have kept it off for a year! Why didn't I lose more? I chose to make other things a priority for a while, but it was a choice. The formula I've just outlined did NOT fail me. I'll get there, though. Part of my decision to stop at 45 pounds was actually financial - I was into my smallest clothes and had no money for a whole new winter wardrobe.)
Good luck.
You go, girl!
Whatever you do, RESIST the temptation to lose too much, too fast. It WILL backfire.

It is possible to lose 10 pounds a month, but you'll have to work super hard. First, one pound is equal to 3500 calories. If you cut back your eating by 500 calories a day, by the end of the week that is 3500 calories and therefore, a pound gone. If you exercise and burn at least 500 calories a day as well, another pound lost at the end of the week. You'll need to lose a bit more than 2 pounds a week to reach your goal, so you'll need to do a little extra as well, either eat a bit less or exercise a bit more.
Change your routines up as often as possible so your body does not become used to the same thing. You can run, walk, jog, swin, bike ride, do aerobics--joining a gym may be the way to help you reach your goal or if you can stay motivated, you may be able to do it yourself.
Whatever you decide, good luck to you.

You've got about 28 to 30 weeks before June of subsequent yr. Healthful weight reduction is 1 to 3 kilos each and every week. Some weeks you could even loose a bit of greater than that. (certainly when you first the food plan). In 30 weeks, at 2 kilos per week, you would unfastened 60 kilos and considering that you could unfastened slightly extra each and every week, it would be feasible. It's a practical purpose. Good success and don't get discouraged when you have a week that appears to "stall out" without loosing. It simply manner you can loose that rather more the next week.

This is very achievable, make sure it's an easy plan and in May you'll reach your goal.
1 lb = 3500 calories so burn 1500 calories daily. An hour of intense exercise daily and a sensible diet can help you do this.
Intense exercise= tae-bo, spinning (cycling), running, climbing stairs. You can lose anywhere from 800-1000 calories per hour doing these exercises.
Sensible diet= google.com for healthy recipes, see what you like and use that. Most people who lose weight do so b/c they cook their own food.
