Many people talk about having trouble because they eat late at night, or snack before bed. This is merely an excuse for lack of self control. You have to make a sincere effort to lose weight. Those of you who are simply a few pounds over weight might benefit from just using a meal replacement. If you are more than 25 pounds overweight, you will need a more intense plan. Walk around the block a time or two every day. NO EXCUSES. Take the kids with you. A friend of mine ordered some a few weeks ago, and she's already lost a noticable amount of weight. She says she doesn't have much of an appetite (although she eats, just not alot). She also says it makes her thirsty, but that's probably one way it helps you lose weight. Just drink water, not soda (soda's evil)!!! I'm gonna order some myself!!

Don't fall for the cheap loose hoodia that's all over eBay it contains very little hoodia. Expect to pay £15 to £30 for a months supply. Sometimes dermaslim have the odd half price deals
