Maybe once a month after i get out of the shower when i want to create a wavy style. I will braid my hair wet and sleep in it. then i just finger comb it out and spray. works great for a quick style.

like 3 times per year. I like it but i never actually braid my hair cuz it gotta be someone that does it nice.

i only french braided my hair once last year, since it took forever to braid it in the morning.
